What we collect

If you join the waitlist at retention-lab.app, we collect: your email address, your channel size bracket, and your answer to the feature-priority question. That's it.

How we store it

Waitlist data is stored in ConvertKit (our email provider). We do not sell or share it.

Open-source CLI

The local retention-lab CLI runs entirely on your machine. It does not send telemetry, logs, or analysis data to our servers. The only outbound requests it makes are to the YouTube Data API (if you provide an API key) and to your configured LLM provider (Ollama on localhost by default, Anthropic if you provide a key).

Hosted version (future)

If and when you sign up for the hosted version, separate terms will apply and a more detailed privacy policy will be published. The hosted version does not exist yet.
